Johnstone's Trade Acrylic Durable Eggshell is an environmentally friendly eggshell finish with low VOC content. This paint is easily thinned with water and can be applied using a brush or roller, providing a scrubbable surface. Designed for interior use, it dries to the touch in 1-2 hours and can be recoated after 3-4 hours.

As a water-based eggshell, it offers a tough and durable mid-sheen finish, suitable for both interior plaster and wood surfaces. The highly scrubbable nature of this finish makes it ideal for high-traffic areas such as hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Its versatility extends to application over most previously painted surfaces without the need for an undercoat. When applying on new plaster, thin the first coat with water according to the manufacturer's recommendations. For new wooden surfaces, it is recommended to apply the paint over a suitable primer.
