The Mirka DEROS sander is developed for effective and dust-free sanding of all kinds of surfaces when used with a Mirka dust exe. It is the smallest and most ergonomic direct electric random orbital sander on the market, equipped with a brushless motor which maintains constant speed even under heavy load.  With a weight of just 1kg it is ideal for prolonged use in any position.

The Mirka DEROS has the lowest vibration values in its class and features an integrated vibration sensor with Bluetooth, which when connected to the myMirka app can monitor vibration levels.  It features a unique symmetrical design that enables the tool to be used for long periods without fatigue by left or right handed operators.  It can also be used with a two-handed grip.

As well as the DEROS 5650CV sander with 5mm orbit, this kit has both a 150 mm (6”) and a 125m (5”) backing pad plus the Mirka Systainer site case.  It is good practice to change the backing pad once it shows signs of wear as using a worn pad can risk causing reliability issues.  Pad savers can be employed to help increase the life of the backing pad.  These fit in between the backing pad and the abrasive and take the strain if sanding aggressively or frequently changing abrasive discs.

The sander is compatible with a huge range of abrasive discs from the hugely popular abrante range to the abrolan discs used in polishing.
