It allows delicate surfaces to be highly resistant to water, stains and heat as well as absorbing UV radiation to provide fade resistance and protection from weathering. It also contains a biocide will keep your surface free from mould, algae and fungus making it ideal for use in bathrooms and on exterior projects.
