Architects Matt is a high performance water-based alternative to Pure Flat Emulsion.

It is a completely washable matt emulsion paint with excellent scuff and stain resistance. Suitable for interior use. Use on interior walls and ceilings for all rooms, including kitchens, hallways and areas of high usage.
